white+reid use a wide range of natural products such as Carnaubawax, Beeswax, Punic Wax, natural oils and Marseille Soap. Each can be readily applied to Tadelakt, Venetian Plaster and Lime to give a beautiful lustre, tactile quality and effective protection. We thoroughly wax our surfaces upon completion of each project and advise that wax or other protection be applied periodically. For rapid and easy application, we advocate using a natural liquid wax.

For concrete work we recommend the application of Lithofin MN stainstop and our countertops and floors are thoroughly treated when the project is completed. Annual application of Lithofin Stainstop is recommended for high use areas. This sealant is penetrative and therefore does not affect the natural appearance of concrete. Lithofin also produce a number of other maintenance products that are suitable for white+reid concrete products and features.

In addition to waxes and, as a final finish to our services, we encourage the use of a cream polish such Lithofin, for our concrete countertops. This polish is easy to apply and increases water and stain resistance, whilst adding lustre and shine.
